April 1, 2009 - Enrich Software Corp. (ESC) has announced that enrich V6, PTF level 605 and higher, will require authorization codes for installation of the PTF package. These codes will be issued by the Help Desk. In an effort to improve customer service for Stand-alone customers, we have implemented a new policy which will require our Help Desk to provide our customers with an authorization code when shipping PTF packages. The customer will need to provide the date of installation, and the environment. (PTF packages should always be installed in the TEST or DEMO environment prior to moving to production, so that proper testing of business processes within each organization can be conducted.) The authorization code will expire the day of the proposed installation, and will only be given up to 3 weeks in advance of the proposed installation date. All Stand-alone customers with active maintenance contracts in place are entitled to the latest PTF release, at their request. The authorization code will not limit access to upgrades, but it will provide our Help Desk with information on timing of installation on your system, which will allow us to be available for additional support should any be required -- enabling ESC to support you better.
