The enrich Equipment and Maintenance module (EMMS) is the most comprehensive maintenance system available today.

- track due dates of vehicle licenses, permits, inspections, and tax requirements
- schedule PMs and inspections by calendar frequency, meter reading, fixed date, and calendar/meter combination

- automatically generate material and tool requisitions from PM work orders
