Implementation and Training

The implementation and training staff have been drawn from the transportation industry and have extensive backgrounds in the operations, administration, and finance of leasing and rental companies. Their experience with enrich, both as users/customers and now as implementers and trainers, allows current enrich customers to benefit in the form of very effective and efficient roll-out of the software.

Enrich Software Corp. has a very comprehensive implementation-planning document that is, after some planning sessions, customized to the individual customer. This document includes detailed timeline sections outlining sequence and time frames required to implement the various modules of enrich. Customers have done the planning process both on site and at the Enrich office location. Both have been successful, and recommendations of which approach to use would be determined in the initial meetings

Training is delivered in three ways:
  1. On-site services – a custom curriculum is delivered from the enrich data templates. Software modules and business parameters selected, and the experience and availability of customer personnel are the key drivers of the training plan.
  2. Scheduled classroom training in Calgary at our offices – Enrich has developed module-specific courses to support both initial and on-going support.
  3. Web-based training.
