Enrich Software Corp. (Enrich) integrates the Help Desk and technical and developer support to ensure quick and accurate responses to customer issues. A custom-developed system ties the team together and manages:

  • customer logs and trouble tickets,
  • customer web tracking,
  • customer contact information,
  • source control, version control, and upgrade packaging.


All upgrades to the system are vetted through numerous areas including customer support, marketing, and a customer user group panel. Each release is made up of functional enhancements, new functionality, and user requests. Customers are notified of available upgrades through email and on our Web site.

 

Enrich provides 24X7 telephone support.



Enrich maintains a support call tracking function that classifies all calls coming into the Help Desk based on the impact to the daily operation of the function to the user. A call that is affecting the user's ability to function in their day-to-day duties is considered our highest priority. All other calls are graded from there. Each call is monitored on a daily basis and, as a call resolution is extended, the call is expedited to a higher level of response. Calls are also routed between level 1 and 2 support, level 1 support being a technical and operational issue, and level 2 being a development issue.

The Help Desk can be contacted at the Help Desk phone number during the business hours of 8 am to 5 pm Mountain Time, Monday to Friday. As an additional service to our clients, the Client Support Team maintains a pager system to provide urgent call assistance outside of the regular business hours. We advise our clients to call the Help Desk line and, when prompted, leave a message to connect to the pager. If you experience difficulty contacting the Help Desk (for example, the phone rings busy), call the pager directly to speak to an Enrich member. Be advised that the voice mail option does not exist when calling the pager directly and, therefore, we recommend that you try the three options, including:

  1. calling the Help Desk line,
  2. entering the call through the on-line Help Desk,
  3. sending an email to the Help Desk account,

prior to calling the pager directly.
