Dual Share is a unique feature developed by Fleet Nav Systems. Dual Share provides for data collection from a single device to be delivered to two distinct databases. It was initially developed for the leasing and rental industry to provide companies with their specific data requirement for IFTA and critical engine information. The integration with Enrich Software Corp. provides for a new Dual Share application in addition to supporting ELD legislation requirements by:
- Adding a new ELD device in the customer assigned ELD database.
- Sharing the lease/rental unit to the customer assigned database upon activation.
- Marking the unit as historical in the customer database at termination of the rental agreement.
- Dual Share provides 100% customer accessibility while securing customer data between rentals and leases. It also minimizes liability issues around the ELD HOS mandate.
